Changed Dates for Our 2023 Gathering

Infrastructure Projects Completion Delays

Hello everyone,

Our Chesapeake Men’s Gathering has been changed to October 27 at 4pm to October 29, 2023 at 3 pm.

And we will be in Cabin Camp 5, rather than Cabin Camp 3.

Originally we were scheduled to be in the Cabin Camp 3 in the Prince William Forest Park September 29th through October 1st.

There is an ongoing infrastructure project at the park that is experiencing major delays. It was supposed to end in July, but now the completion date is mid-November. It will prevent Prince William Forest Park from opening Camp 3 at all this year. Thus, we revised our CMG 2023 dates and to Camp 5.

Your Registration Options are:

  2. Register online to pay with your credit or debit card.
    After you submit this form, you will receive an email from us with an invoice that you’ll be able to enter credit/debit card details and complete your registration.
  3. Register online to pay with your check or cash.
    • You’ll have options to:
      • Mail your check to us prior to the Weekend, or
      • When you arrive and check-in for the weekend pay with your check/money order or with your cash.
  4. Register by downloading our PDF Registration Form.
    • Print the form, enter your information.
    • Mail the completed form to us with your check or Money order.

Chesapeake Men’s Gathering 2023 Fee of $225.00 Includes:

  • Six meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch)
  • Two nights lodging (Friday and Saturday)
