Sign at T Intersection. Turn Right to Camp 5

From Points North:

1. Use Interstate 95 South.
2. Take Virginia exit 150 onto Joplin Road, Highway 619.
3. Continue on Joplin Road for four and a half miles.
4. Turn right on Mawavi Road.
5. Mawavi Road is a gravel road.
6. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T intersection.
7. Turn right to Cabin Camp 5.
8. Drive one quarter mile to the parking lot, continue straight for registration in the dining hall.

From Points South:

1. Use Interstate 95 North.
2. Take Virginia exit 150.
3. At the stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left.
4. Continue on Joplin Road for five miles.
5. Turn right on Mawavi Road.
6. Mawavi Road is a gravel road.
7. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T intersection.
8. Turn right to Cabin Camp 5.
9. Drive one quarter mile to the parking lot, continue straight for registration in the dining hall.

From Points West

1. From the community of Independent Hill, use Joplin Road Highway 619 to approach the camp.
2. Turn left on Mawavi Road.
3. Mawavi Road is a gravel road.
4. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T intersection.
5. Turn right to Cabin Camp 5.
6. Drive one quarter mile to the parking lot, continue straight for registration in the dining hall.

Travelers on Interstate 95 experience heavy traffic volumes during the following travel times. Please plan your visit accordingly and listen to local radio stations for traffic updates.

• 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Northbound I-95, Mon-Fri.
• 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Southbound I-95, Mon-Fri.
