We have added that when you first arrive at the Cabin Camp 2, drive past the parking lot; continue to the Dining Room to be greeted and to check in for the Gathering.

Our CMG 2025 Online Registrations Are Now Available

Friday October 10 through Sunday October 12, 2025

We, the Men of The Leadership Council of the Washington’s Men Council are excited and pleased to announce that you can register online for the 2025 Chesapeake Men’s Gathering!

You are cordially invited to join us for what we anticipate will be a weekend where all men will find a place for heart to heart experiences.

At Cabin Camp 2 at Prince William Forest Park, Triangle, VA 22172

The Gathering marks a special time and place for us to be in the here and now, where we shed titles, position, and worldly roles that isolate us from connecting heart to heart with other men.

Online Registration is Now Available

Please join us for our 34th year on Friday, October 10 through Sunday, October 12, 2025

For our 2025 Gathering we are offering a discounted fee of $200.00 for men who join us for your first time; or if it has been five years or longer since your last Gathering.

Your Registration Options are:

  1. Register online using your PayPal account or with your Debit/Credit Card.
  2. Register online to pay with your check or cash.
    • You’ll have options to:
      • Mail your check to us prior to the Weekend, or
      • When you arrive and check-in for the weekend pay with your check/money order or with your cash.
  3. Register by Downloading our PDF Registration Form.
    • Print the form, enter your information.
    • Mail the completed form to us with your check or Money order.

Chesapeake Men’s Gathering 2025 Standard Fee of $225.00 and Our Discounted Fee of $200.00 Includes:

  • Six meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch)
  • Two nights lodging (Friday and Saturday)
