On this page you can register for our 35th Chesapeake Men’s Gathering by
– Downloading our PDF Registration Form;
– Mail the completed form to us with your check or money order.

Welcome! We are so very glad you will be joining us Friday October 9th through Sunday, 11th 2026.

Please Note: We have two fees options:

  • $215.00 – Discounted Fee; For First Time or 5 years or greater since you joined us.
  • $235.00 – Standard Fee; For everyone else.

  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Write your check payable to Washington Men’s Council.
  5. Mail your completed form with your check to:
